Accuracy and Precision
The closeness to mean (accuracy)
is desirable point that we need to achieve before results have been released. A
good example is that if the results of Internal Quality Control (IQC) have
pointed to mean, it means that we are able to produce acceptable results for
our patients. In addition to this, Precision also plays a prominent role in
making sure that our patients results will be very precise. Hence, the results
that we need are precise and accurate.
