Dr. KEAM Synat, MSc, PhD, Postdoc

Co-founder and Cancer Researcher
Dr. Synat Keam is a biomedical scientist with expertise in diagnostics, infectious diseases, and cancer immunology. He earned his Medical Laboratory Technology degree at the University of Health Sciences, Cambodia, followed by a Master’s in Infectious Diseases and a PhD in Tumour Immunology at the University of Western Australia. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, The University of Texas, focusing on immune mechanisms in cancer.

Before joining Dialab Takhmao, Dr. Synat gained extensive experience in both clinical and research laboratories, including private clinics, the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge, and the National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control. His career reflects a strong commitment to advancing diagnostics and translational research across infectious diseases and oncology.
